Every great data story starts with a solid foundation. While data engineering can be a necessary challenge—untangling messy sources with SQL, Python, and Power Query—I know this groundwork is just as important as the final visualization. Upon this foundation, I build robust data models. These models are the “engine” that powers the analysis, allowing for extensive exploration to explain bottlenecks, uncover hidden trends, and provide truly actionable insights.

My ultimate goal is to create a data ecosystem that empowers the entire organization. I architect the robust foundations and self-service tools that enable my colleagues to harness their unique strengths. But my role doesn’t end at delivery. I am one of the most active users of the systems I build. This unique position as both builder and analyst allows me to not only provide a tool, but to actively share the “why” and “how” behind the data, demonstrating insights that are worth the investment.
